Our Guarantee
Our custom designed candles are guaranteed to burn evenly across the top and to the bottom of the container and carry the same intense fragrance consistently from first lighting to last. Guarantee is subject to the following Safety & Burning Guidelines:
Place on heat resistant surface away from children and pets. Never leave candle unattended while burning. Keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch at all times. Burn candle at least 4 hours, but no more than 4 hours at one time and allow to completely cool and solidify before relighting. To prevent possible damage to countertops or other surfaces, do not relight when only 1/2 inch of wax remains. Exposure to moisture or excessive heat may inhibit candles appearance or performance. Do not use if container is damaged.
